Heat Exchanger Insulation
Heat exchanger insulation reduces energy losses and protects against high surface temperatures. It is used in heating and cooling installations, particularly in industrial environments. The selection of insulation depends on the type of heat exchanger, operating temperature, and service requirements.
We provide insulation solutions for various types of heat exchangers.

With our insulation solutions
Heat exchanger insulation is used in both heating and cooling systems. Its primary function is to reduce energy losses and stabilize the operation of the entire system. In addition, insulation protects the heat exchanger against mechanical damage and external environmental factors.
Properly selected heat exchanger insulation reduces energy losses and can contribute to lowering operating costs of the installation. In simplified terms, this relationship can be described by the model shown alongside.
K × T × A = potential energy loss

Safety and system protection
In heating systems, insulation also serves a protective function by reducing the risk of burns in the event of accidental contact with the hot surface of the heat exchanger. In cooling installations, cold insulation is used to prevent water vapor condensation, protect against freezing, and reduce the risk of external corrosion.
